Jonah Hill and longtime girlfriend Jordan Klein have broken up after dating on and off for the past four years, a report says.
Hill, 27, and Klein grew up together in Los Angeles and had largely kept their relationship private. Us Weekly said the two split recently. The actor's spokesperson had no immediate comment.
Hill had talked about Klein during an interview with Howard Stern on the shock jock's Sirius XM radio show in late September to promote his film "Moneyball," which also stars Brad Pitt. At the time, he referred to Klein as his "girlfriend." When asked if he planned to marry her, Hill told Stern: "I don't know, man. She's a good lady."
Hill, who recently made headlines due to his drastic 40-pound weight loss, rose to fame with his role in the 2007 comedy movie "Superbad." He told Stern that after the movie was released, he "definitely started getting a lot more sexual attention." Hill said his father told him to enjoy his newfound fame and not "settle down" immediately.
"I've had a girlfriend on and off for like four years," Hill told Stern. "When 'Superbad' came out, we were off. I cleared all this with her."Hill can be seen next in the movie "The Sitter," which hits theaters on December 9, and in the film adaptation of "21 Jump Street," which is based on a 1980s series that helped launch Johnny Depp's acting career. Depp has a small part in the movie, which is set to be released on March 16, 2012.
Hill is also promoting his new animated series "Allen Gregory," which is set to premiere on the FOX network on October 30 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
