Mitchel Musso, who starred opposite Miley Cyrus on "Hannah Montana," was arrested and charged with two counts of drunken driving.
The 20-year-old actor was arrested in Burbank, California on October 16 after failing to slow down for police who were directing traffic at the site of an unrelated accident.
According to People magazine, Musso's blood-alcohol level was above the .08 limit and given the actor is a minor, any alcohol in his system is considered illegal. If convicted of both charges, Musso could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
The actor's bail was set at $5,000, but according to E! News he was released due to his previously clean driving record. Musso is scheduled to appear in court on November 11, 2011.
Musso portrayed Hannah Montana's friend Oliver Oken on the hit Disney series, which ran from 2006 until 2011. He also stars in Disney's "Pair of Kings" and "Prank Stars" and does voice-over work for the animated series "Phineas and Ferb."
