On Monday, get ready for some more traffic tie-ups on the Westside.

President Barack Obama is scheduled to arrive at Los Angeles International Airport just about 6 p.m. for another fundraiser.

Drivers should be prepared for blockades on major east-west boulevards linking West Los Angeles with the Hancock Park area, as well as delays on north-south avenues that cross them.

President Obama will be trying to drum up support from Latinos for his 2012 re-election bid.

The commander in chief visited West Hollywood earlier this month, and there was gridlock near where he was having a fundraiser.

Like the presidential arrival last month, Obama is expected to be flown by helicopter from LAX to the UCLA area. That will again avoid closure of the San Diego (405) Freeway.

"It kind of bugs me, but he is the president," said Shawn Gunaratane of Koreatown.

On Tuesday, the president will go to NBC in Burbank to do the Jay Leno show and then he will fly out of LAX at 11:45 a.m. for San Francisco.
