Soccer star Hope Solo and her partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Rumbaed away to a song from "Rent."

The judges were not very impressed, ultimately giving them 20 out of 30 points, just one point away from last place.

But before they gave their marks, they gave their remarks.

Judge Len Goodman told Solo it was her worst dance of the season, to which Chmerkovskiy objected.

"Let me tell you, Maks, the audience liked the effect," Goodman said. "They judge on efficacity (sic). I've been in this business for nearly 50 years."

"Maybe it's time to get out," Chmerkovskiy lashed back.

Chmerkovskiy said the judges are being "judgmental," and are not doing their job.

"I've had it. I've had it a long time ago," said Chmerkovskiy in a post-show interview. "I just kind of kept it cool but, she doesn't deserve it.

Chmerkovskiy said the judges are scoring contestants differently and said it's been happening to talented stars for several seasons.

"They were told that you should be better, you look like you should be better," Chmerkovskiy said. "Then there were others that could barely walk and they were told, 'Well, you know what? I love your effort. I love your dedication. You really want to be here. I'm rooting for you.'"

Chaz Bono, who said he also feels he's not being judged fairly, and his partner Lacey Schwimmer landed at the bottom of the judges' leaderboard for the third time.

"For some people to get nines that definitely don't deserve it is kind of a slap in the face for everyone who is actually doing dance content and doing well," Schwimmer said.

But, as they say, the show must go on.

When Broadway evening was over, Ricki Lake tied for first with J.R. Martinez, both scoring 29.

Nancy Grace was third, a personal best.

David Arquette and partner Kym Johnson got 23 points, good enough for fourth place, while Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke came in with a point less for fifth place.
