The Ventura County Combined Agencies Team found the lab, located in the 1200 block of Isleton Place, during a narcotics investigation on Wednesday.
Agents from the California State Department of Justice and the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement were also involved in the investigation.
Surrounding residents in the neighborhood were evacuated as a precaution while investigators process and disposed of the lab.
Officials pointed out that not only are meth labs toxic, they are especially dangerous to the public since they are potentially explosive.
