Despite his baby mama drama happening state side and rumors of a split, Justin Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez are still together as they visited Belfast over the weekend for the MTV Europe Music Awards.
Gomez is this year's host of the MTV EMAs at the Odyssey Arena. The award show is set to air in the United States on TR3s: MTV at 6 p.m. ET.
The young couple arrived hand in hand at the MTV Voices Dinner on Saturday, November 5, according to People magazine. Bieber received an award for his charity work.
The couple met up with a few celebrities during their visit. The two posed for a photo with David Hasselhoff on Friday and Bieber Tweeted about meeting up with Lady Gaga.
"Ran into @LadyGaga last night at dinner. had a good talk. great talent and really good people," the 17-year-old singer wrote on Saturday.
The MTV EMAs will feature performances from the likes of Lady Gaga, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay and Bruno Mars, while presenters include Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWOWW" Farley from the MTV reality show "Jersey Shore."
On Friday, Bieber visited the "Today Show" to deny claims made by Mariah Yeater that he fathered her 3-month-old baby boy.
"I would just like to say that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said on "Today" on Friday. "I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim. It's crazy, every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy some people want to make up such false allegations. But to set the record straight, none of it is true."
Gomez had been dealing with her own drama this week as her alleged stalker, Thomas Brodnicki, a 46-year-old man with a history of mental illness, pleaded not guilty on November 3 on stalking charges.
Last month, Gomez, 19, was granted a temporary restraining order against him. Bail was set at $150,000, and if convicted, Brodnicki could be sent to prison for up to three years.
