Publicist John Blanchette said the doctor came to the house, but ultimately ordered an ambulance to transport Gabor to UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center.
Her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, said Gabor is conscious in the emergency room, but the bleeding has not completely stopped.
Last month, doctors reattached the feeding tube after it became loose in her stomach, which led to bleeding along with an infection.
Gabor has been in and out of the hospital since July 2010 when she fell out of bed and broke a hip. The actress had to have a leg amputated back in January.
