The suspect was described as a Latino male in his 20s with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs between 150 to 165 pounds.
Detectives say he could be a Fullerton College student.
On the morning of Oct. 12, the female victim had parked her car in the area of Berkeley Avenue and Hornet Way, just north of Fullerton College. She began walking to campus when the suspect approached her from behind and forcefully reached up her skirt. He then reportedly looked her in the eye and continued walking.
