Demi Lovato stole the spotlight at Thursday night's Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas, donning a daringly low-cut raspberry gown.
The 19-year-old former Disney star arrived in a Roland Mouret Compeyson violet stretch-crepe gown, which was reminiscent of Jennifer Lopez's infamous green Versace dress that she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards.
Lovato's gown, which is available exclusively on Net-A-Porter, appeared altered on Lovato though, as the pop star wore it backwards.
Lovato also made her debut on the Latin Grammy Awards stage to perform her song with Spanish singer Pablo Alborán entitled, "Solamente Tú."
Lovato was recently linked to her ex-boyfriend, former "That 70s Show" star Wilmer Valderrama. The two were spotted kissing in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 1, according to People magazine, which posted a photo of what appears to be the two making out.
Lovato was previously linked to the 30-year-old actor in 2010, shortly after her split from Joe Jonas.
Lovato later entered treatment nearly a year ago for "emotional and psychical issues." She later revealed that she battled anorexia and bulimia.
On April 19, a Disney Channel spokesperson confirmed Lovato would not return to her show "Sonny With a Chance." The actress, who had played main character Sonny Munroe since the show began in 2009, had said she wanted to focus on her music and that she didn't think shooting the series would be "healthy" for her recovery.
Lovato recently revealed that she has struggled with food addiction, cutting and depression and told Seventeen magazine: "I basically had a nervous breakdown."
Lovato's latest album "Unbroken" was released on September 20 and marked her third studio album.
