Zoe Saldana has split from her longtime fiancé, entrepreneur Keith Britton.
The pair has "amicably separated after 11 years," her rep said in a statement to People magazine.
The "Avatar" actress and Britton, 35, announced their engagement in June 2010 and are business partners in the website My Fashion Data Base.
"Saldana and Britton remain committed business partners as co-founders of fashion resource MyFDB.com," the statement continued.
Saldana's first major on-screen role was in the 2000 ballet film, "Center Stage." The 33-year-old actress has since appeared in movies such as "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," "Star Trek," "The Losers" and played the main heroine in "Avatar."
The actress most recently starred in the action flick, "Colombiana" as a stone-cold assassin and will appear next opposite Olivia Wilde and Bradley Cooper in "The Words." She is also set to reprise her role in the "Star Trek" sequel, which is slated to begin filming in January.
Last year, Saldana's "Star Trek" co-star Chris Pine told OnTheRedCarpet.com that he would like a "shot" at the actress in the film's upcoming sequel.
"I want at least one shot at Ms. Saldana. I mean please, please God have mercy," Pine joked to OnTheRedCarpet.com co-host Rachel Smith, adding, "Maybe her in her little 'Avatar' outfit."
In the film, Saldana plays Uhura, who was last seen romantically linked to Zachary Quinto's Spock.
