A Whittier man is expected to go to trial in December, charged with paying high school girls money for sex.

According to court documents, 25-year-old Leo Zabala Jr. posted online ads on Craiglist seeking sex in exchange for money.

He was arrested after allegedly exchanging emails and text messages with a law enforcement agent posing as a 14-year-old girl.

Zabala is out on $50,000 bail but must wear an electronic monitoring device.
