The deadly crash happened shortly before midnight Saturday near Commerce Center Drive.
The minivan lost control and crashed through a fence, hitting a tree before overturning.
Two men, believed to be younger than 20 years old, were declared dead at the scene.
One of the victims was thrown from the vehicle.
It was not clear why the vehicle ran off the road. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
