'Twilight' scene may be linked to seizures

LOS ANGELES

Several people have reported they've developed seizures during the film's tense birthing scene.

The in-theater seizures, also known as photosensitive epilepsy, could be triggered by the bright red, black and white flashes during the scene.

Seizures during the scene have been reported across the country. In Utah, ABC4 in Salt Lake City reported that a man passed out and his entire body was shaking after that bright, graphic scene.

"I didn't really remember what happened after that I think I blacked out. According to her, I was shaking and mumbling different noises," he said.

ABC News contributed to this report.
