The shooting happened last Saturday outside Charlie Jewell's Restaurant and Bar on East State Street.
Police said Randy Ortis shot three men during a fight. One of those victims died.
Surveillance video shows Ortis and several other people.
The suspected shooter is in police custody, but investigators are looking for the other people in the surveillance video.
