Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler's engagement is back on after cancelling their wedding plans in July, the reality star confirmed on Wednesday.
"This time its official," Cavallari wrote on Twitter. "Jay and I are engaged again :)."
Cavallari, 24, who recently appeared on "Dancing With The Stars" and Cutler, 28-year-old Chicago Bears quarterback, have been dating on-and-off since the fall of 2010 and Cutler proposed to her during a trip to Cabo San Lucas in April. The couple was planning to wed in the spring of 2012 but had not yet set a date.
Kristin Cavallari was featured in a wedding gown spread in Life & Style magazine just days after her engagement to Cutler was called off.
In September, the pair reunited and Cutler was spotted in the "DWTS" audience, cheering on Cavallari during her stint on the reality dancing competition. She was voted off of the series in the third week, much to the surprise of her fellow contestants.
"At least everybody wasn't expecting me to go home because I was horrible or anything like that... I just had such an incredible experience," Cavallari told OnTheRedCarpet.com special correspondent George Pennacchio of KABC Television on Tuesday, after the results show. "We've become such a little family that it's really sad to leave. I'm going to miss seeing everybody everyday but I'm glad I did the show and I wouldn't take it back for anything."
Cavallari, who hails from Denver, Colorado, starred on "Laguna Beach" between 2004 and 2005 and later appeared on its spinoff, "The Hills," between 2009 and its finale in 2010, replacing main star Lauren Conrad.
"It just really does feel right," Cavallari said of the original engagement in an interview with Ryan Seacrest. "My parents are divorced so I'm extra careful about it. But I've never been so sure about it."
