Sheen sent Justin Bieber his phone number through his official Twitter page, asking him to call last Wednesday. Almost immediately, Sheen's phone went wild, ringing nonstop.
He apparently meant to send a direct message but sent a public message instead. He got 1,800 text messages.
At first, Sheen reportedly saw the humor and answered "Ray's Pizza" and "Winning." But the ringing continued, and the actor pulled the plug.
