Rob Kardashian plans to follow his sister Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom to Dallas to tape the second season of their reality show, "Khloe & Lamar."
The younger Kardashian sibling and recent "Dancing With The Stars" finalist is a cast member on the E! series and often sleeps in a room dubbed the "man cave" in the Los Angeles house where the show's first season was filmed. Odom, an NBA player, was recently traded by the city's Lakers basketball team to the Dallas Mavericks.
"I'm definitely going to move there, especially in the initial run to help Khloe pack and be with her," Rob Kardashian, 24, told Celebuzz.com, which hosts the websites of his famous family members. "Khloe is going to be alone for the majority of the time because half the time Lamar will be on the road. We're going to be filming and I'll be keeping her company."
"Dallas should be a fun city," he added. "I definitely want to catch some games and support my brother-in-law. I'll be in and out but for the most part, I'm down to be there for a few months. There is no reason for me to be in LA. I can do anything from anywhere. I'm ready to start experiencing the lifestyle and seeing what it's all about."
His spokesperson had no immediate comment as to whether Rob Kardashian planned to continue to live in the couple's future house in Dallas.
Despite Odom's trade, the younger Kardashian said on his Twitter page that he is "and will ALWAYS be a Lakers fan and I am and will ALWAYS be a Lamar Odom fan."
The second season of "Khloe & Lamar" is set to premiere on Feb. 19, 2012 and will cover the couple's big move. It will also focus on the tension in the pair's relationship due to Kardashian's "overprotective nature," as well as Odom's relationships with Rob Kardashian and his own estranged father, an E! statement said.
On Monday, Kardhasian said she was "looking forward" to moving to Dallas. "I've heard nothing but great things about Dallas and the Mavs. Can't wait to join my hubby there and get to know the city and all the wonderful people there," she told E! News.
In a series of Tweets on December 11, Kardashian initially had a less rosy outlook. "We are all sad but positive energy gets you farther then negative," Khloe Tweeted to a fan on Saturday. She later added in another Tweet, "I am blessed and happy anywhere as long as I am with my family! God is great!! Blessed beyond words! I love ALL of my dolls!"
Meanwhile, the Dallas Mavericks seem ready for Odom to make himself at home at the stadium. The official Twitter account for the team Tweeted a photo of Odom's new locker to Kardashian.
"Need some candy in there," Kardashian replied.
