$10K reward in works for Arcadia father killing

Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich is set to ask the Board of Supervisors for a $10,000 reward in the killing of a father of three near Arcadia.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich will ask the Board of Supervisors at next Tuesday's meeting for a $10,000 reward in the killing of a father of three.

Jose Parra, 35, was shot and killed Monday night in his home near Arcadia.

Parra, his wife and three young children had just arrived at home when they were ambushed by the suspect.

Parra handed over $1,800 but was still shot and killed.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his early 20s, with light complexion, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with a Band-Aid under his eye.
