Post Offices hold special hours to beat last-minute holiday rush

Select United States Postal Service branches are holding special hours to cater to those looking to beat the last-minute holiday rush.

With Monday and Tuesday projected to be the busiest mailing days of the year, some are trying to edge out the rush by shipping their gifts and cards on Sunday.

The USPS Airport Station, located at 9029 Airport Blvd. in Los Angeles is open on Sundays year round from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The following locations will also be open Sunday, Dec. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
