Kelly Osbourne fell out of a hotel bed and broke her left hand in three places, a month after suffering a concussion.
"I must be the most accident prone/stupid person [in] the world," Osbourne Tweeted on Sunday. "I fell out my bed while sleeping last night & fractured my hand in 3 places!"
Osbourne, who is left-handed, has been aided by her mother "The Talk" host Sharon Osbourne.
"Mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me I feel like a baby again," Osbourne wrote adding, "Of course my mum is loving it!"
The 27-year-old singer, actress and co-host is in pain after the injury, but said that that wasn't the worst part about breaking her hand.
"I'm in sooooooo much pain I can't sleep it's bloody excruciating!" Osbourne wrote on Monday, following her earlier Tweet. "The worst part is I permanently look like I'm giving everyone the thumbs up because of the way its casted! I look like such a [expletive]!"
In November, Osbourne suffered a concussion from in a club in Miami, after trying to utilize moves she had learned during her stint on "Dancing With The Stars."
"She was dancing with sombody who said 'Teach me how to ballroom dance,' and so she did and the guy takes down her to dip, and as her dips her down, she hits her head on an amplifier," Sharon Osbourne said on "The Talk." "So it split her head open."
Sharon said that Kelly had returned to her hotel following the injury, but went to the hospital after fainting twice. After receiving stitches and being diagnosed with a concussion, she returned home where she had to stay awake for two days.
Kelly was a contestant on season nine of "Dancing With The Stars." The reality star was partnered with Louis Amstel and took third place. She also credited the dancing competition series with her impressive weight-loss.
Osbourne has in recent years evolved from a foul-mouthed teenager on her rocker father Ozzy's reality show "The Osbournes" into a fashion icon. She is one of the panelists on the E! series "Fashion Police," critiquing celebrities' fashion choices.
Osbourne was also the face of the Spring 2011 collection of Madonna and Lourdes Leon's Material Girl line, replacing "Gossip Girl" actress Taylor Momsen.
