They were located Thursday in a ravine near the ghost town of Randsburg.
Christopher Rice, 29, and Daniel Carbonaro, 27, had been staying in a Randsburg hotel.
Officials said one of the men was inside the vehicle while the other was ejected. They are believed to have fallen at least 300 feet.
Investigators said they left early Sunday morning to head to a dry lake bed 15 miles away.
Nearly 200 sheriff's deputies and volunteers spent the week searching for the men.
