Have Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger reunited?
The 64-year-old actor and former California governor and his wife spent Christmas together with their children at their home near Los Angeles and also attended the Los Angeles Lakers season opener game on December 25, People magazine reported recently, months after Shriver, 56, filed for divorce in July amid a cheating scandal and after 25 years of marriage.
The two have not commented about the matter, although their children Katherine, 22, and Patrick, 18, referenced the Christmas Day Laker game in Twitter messages. Their son Tweeted: "Merry Christmas to everyone! Have a great day, spend family time, and enjoy the beginning of the NBA season!"
Shriver and Schwarzenegger announced their separation in May. It was later revealed that the actor had fathered a son with the couple's former housekeeper while he was married to Shriver, who is also the mother of daughter Christina, 20 and son Christopher, 14.
Schwarzenegger has occasionally been seen in public with members of his immediate family after the divorce filing. He and his son Patrick visited his native Austria in October to inaugurate the Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum, which features a giant bronze statue of the actor and photos of his family. Shriver also joined Schwarzenegger in July to celebrate his 64th birthday, People magazine reported.
Schwarzenegger, meanwhile, has returned to acting. He reprises his role as Trench in "The Expendables 2," which is set for release in August 2012 and also stars Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Liam Hemsworth, Jet Li and Jason Statham. Correction: In the December 27 story above, OnTheRedCarpet.com erroneously reported Arnold Schwarzenegger is from Australia. He is from Austria. This version of the article has been updated to reflect the correction.
