Scott "Cactus" Moser, 54, proposed to the twice-divorced country star on Dec. 24 after nearly two years of dating. The two are currently on tour together as Wynonna and The Big Noise.
The couple has yet to announce a wedding date.
Judd, 47, has sold more than 30 million albums throughout her 28-year career and has won five Grammy Awards.
She rose to fame as the country music duo The Judds, with her mother, Naomi. They reunited last year for their first tour together in 10 years.
