Detectives made the discovery Tuesday at R & P Industries, a recycling business on the 700 block of E. 59th Street.
Authorities found ceiling-high stacks of stolen trademarked plastics including pallets, crates, collapsible totes and bread baskets.
In addition to the plastic, authorities found more than 60 2,000-pound bags of plastic grind and a large plastic-grinding machine.
This type of crime seems to be getting more popular.
Last month, sheriff's deputies also recovered $250,000 worth of stolen plastic in South Los Angeles.
