The first suspect, Paul Acosta, 27, was taken into custody on Jan. 5. He was wounded by a sheriff's deputy after a robbery and high-speed pursuit.
Andres Soto, 50, was arrested Wednesday near his La Mirada home.
The "Market Duo Bandits" were considered the most active bank robbers operating in Orange County.
The two are believed to have carried out robberies in La Habra, Seal Beach, Lake Forest and Placentia.
