Light rain started falling in Camarillo in the late evening. The streets were getting slick, worrying some drivers.
"I am a paranoid rain driver, yes," said Camarillo resident Brianette Macpolin. "So when it sprinkles like this I stay inside."
The storm heading into the area dumped enough rain in Northern California to cause street flooding in parts of Marin County.
