OTRC: Heidi Klum and Seal planning to file divorce papers, report says

A source with "direct knowledge" of the situation told TMZ that Klum will file divorce papers in L.A. Superior Court as early as next week and plans to cite "irreconcilable differences."

The cite offered no evidence to substantiate the claim, but mentioned that Klum attended the Golden Globe Awards alone and the last photo she Tweeted with Seal was on December 26, where they appeared happy together.

"It's true and it's a sad end to the fairytale," a source told Access Hollywood on Saturday. "They love each other very much, but they have had a very tense time in the last year."
