Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux are reportedly set to buy a home in Los Angeles' posh Bel-Air neighborhood.
The 8,500-square-foot house in question has four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and is listed for $24.9 million. The Wall Street Journal said in a recent report that the actors are planning to shell out about $22 million for it. Their spokespeople had no immediate comment.
Designed by Los Angeles architect A. Quincy Jones, the property sits on more than three acres of land and has views of both the city and the Pacific Ocean. It also has an open floor plan with glass walls, a pool, vineyards and a guest house.
Aniston, 42, and Theroux, a 40-year-old actor who also co-wrote the screenplays for "Iron Man 2," "Tropic Thunder" and the new "Rock of Ages" film, have been dating since at least May of 2011 and co-starred in the movie "Wanderlust," which was released in October.
The two moved in together after Aniston sold her Bevely Hills home for $36 million in July and then rented a two-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills. It was reported then that they were looking for a home to buy together.
