A woman claiming she was struck by Lohan's sports car sued over her injuries on Wednesday.
Nubia Del Carmen Preza said Lohan's Maserati hit her while she was walking through a West Hollywood intersection in September 2010. She's seeking unspecified damages.
Earlier this month, a paparazzo sued the 25-year-old "Mean Girls" actress, claiming she was inside a car that hit him while he was trying to shoot pictures of her.
Lohan's representatives have not commented on the latest lawsuit.
