Iran's Supreme Court upheld the Revolutionary Court's sentence given to blogger Saeed Malekpour. The Revolutionary Court deals with security crimes. Specifically, Malekpour was convicted of spreading corruption.
Malekpour was imprisoned in October 2008. He confessed on Iranian television to creating and promoting the adult sites.
Gerdab.ir, a website affiliated with the elite Revolutionary Guard, has called Malekpour the head of the biggest Persian-language network of porn sites.
