David Hasselhoff has shared what appear to be his numerous engagement attempts with his Twitter fans and it looks like his girlfriend Hayley Roberts, 32, finally said yes.
However, he later clarified to People magazine: "The truth is I'm having a fantastic time with this lovely lady but at this time we have no plans to marry.""Tried it again on top of the Sydney harbour bridge!" the 59-year-old "Baywatch" actor Tweeted on Monday, with a photo of him proposing on one knee.
That Tweet was followed by a photo of the couple kissing with the caption, "What do you think she said!?!?!"
Roberts remained mum on the engagement on Twitter, only writing, ":-)))))) xxxxxxxxxxxx"
Roberts publicly turned down at least two marriage proposals from the actor last year. Hasselhoff posted photos of each of the attempted proposals on his Twitter page.
Roberts' mother told Radar Online that her daughter turned down the marriage proposal because she felt that she was too young to settle down.
The couple sparked dating rumors in April 2011, after being spotted together in London, where he was taping "Britain's Got Talent" and at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California.
Hasselhoff and Roberts, a part-time model and factory worker from Wales, have been dating for over a year and met while he filmed the talent reality series "Britain's Got Talent," according to the Daily Mail.
The actor has been married twice and finalized his divorce from second wife Pamela Bach in 2006. They have two daughters, Taylor, 21, and Hayley, 19.
Hasselhoff reportedly dated Kimberly Stevens in 2009. The two were seen kissing at the Coachella music festival that year, as seen in photos posted on the Daily Mail website.
Hasselhoff and his daughters appeared on the A&E reality show "The Hasselhoffs," which was canceled after two episodes. Hasselhoff appeared as a judge on "Britain's Got Talent" during its spring 2011 season. He had served as a judge on "America's Got Talent" alongside Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan between 2006 and 2009.
The actor decided not to return as a judge for the sixth season of "Britain's Got Talent."
In September 2010, David Hasselhoff participated in the 11th season of "Dancing With The Stars", ABC's ballroom dancing reality show. He was the first contestant to be voted off.
