More than 480 plants were discovered and seized, as well as several pounds of processed and concentrated marijuana. Police estimate the street value of the seized marijuana to be between $60,000 and $105,000.
A stolen handgun was also found at the residence, according to police.
Chino resident Mariness Didulo, 29, was arrested in Irvine at her place of employment on charges of possession of marijuana and for sales and illegal cultivation of marijuana.
Chino Hills resident Marques Allen, 30, is wanted by police for questioning in the case. There is a $50,000 warrant for Allen's arrest.
