Tareq Salahi wants $50 million from Michaele Salahi for actions that have ruined him "physically, emotionally and financially."
Last September, Michaele Salahi ran away with the guitarist from the rock band Journey.
According to the Northern Virginia Daily, Tareq Salahi claims the affair was part of a calculated attempt to make money for his wife and the band at his expense.
The Salahis married in 2003, but are now going through a divorce.
Attorneys for both of the Salahis would not comment.
