Jessica Barbour, 33, landed at Los Angeles International Airport Sunday night. She was supposed to meet a driver and go to a treatment center in Pasadena, but officials say she never met the driver.
Family members say Barbour may be in need of medical care for an undisclosed condition.
She's described at a white woman with brown hair and eyes, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. Barbour was last seen wearing a pink and brown stripped shirt, pink jeans and brown high heels.
