At about 5:17 a.m. Saturday, Oxnard Police received a report of a suspicious man attempting to enter a house that was tented for fumigation on the 2000 block of South K Street.
Oxnard officers responded and found 23-year-old Javier Romo in the back yard of the residence, according to police. Officers found the fumigation tent had been cut open.
Police found Romo in possession of burglary tools and narcotics paraphernalia and was arrested. Romo was held on $105,000 bond.
