It happened at a BP Gas Station in Dacula, Georgia, about 38 miles outside of Atlanta.
A young brother and sister were leaving, as their father waited by the car, when the deer came crashing through the door. The animal hit 11-year-old Samantha Irons in the stomach, knocking her to the ground.
"I see glass go everywhere then I realize that I'm on the ground but at that time I didn't realize what had just hit me, it felt like a car," said Irons.
Irons suffered a slight concussion and a few cuts and bruises. The deer was injured and had to be put down.
