Gwyneth Paltrow talks to OnTheRedCarpet.com at the Hollywood premiere of 'Country Strong'

Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz might be sharing some screen time together soon.

Paltrow has reportedly teamed up with Ryan Murphy to produce and star in a movie musical comedy directed by Murphy, according to Deadline. Sony Pictures will collaborate with the "Glee" co-creator and the film is being written with Paltrow as the lead.

In the film, tentatively titled "One Hit Wonders," Paltrow, Diaz and Witherspoon play singers who each had a hit song in the 90s before their careers went cold. The three singers decide to make a super group.

"Saturday Night Live" cast member Andy Samberg will reportedly be involved with the music for the film along with his Lonely Island group members.

Beyonce is also tied to the project, however, her involvement is unknown.

Paltrow has experience with music in film and television. The actress starred in "Country Strong" as a troubled Country singer in 2010 and sang several songs for the film's soundtrack. She has also appeared as Holly Holiday on three episodes of "Glee." Paltrow has also covered songs such as Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide" and Cee Lo Green's "Forget You" on the show. She has showcased her singing skills at the Oscars and Grammy Awards.

Paltrow recently finished filming "Thanks for Sharing" opposite Mark Ruffalo, Pink, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson. The dramatic comedy follows a group of sex addicts who bond over their determination to recover from their addiction.

The actress is also set to reprise her "Iron Man" role as Pepper Potts in "Iron Man 3" and in the spinoff film "The Avengers," which is set for release on May 4, 2012.
