After surviving "The Bachelor: The Women Tell All" special, Ben Flajnik told OnTheRedCarpet.com that "no man in his right mind" would go through the experience.
"Only because I'm under contract, no one in his right mind would agree to do anything like that," Flajnik told OnTheRedCarpet.com co-host Chris Balish. "At the end of the day, it's all about chemistry and timing for me and the reason those women were sitting on the stage tonight was just because of that. We didn't have that in those moments - it's really all because of that... It's so hard to say why things didn't work out between you and that person."
"The Bachelor: The Women Tell All" special airs on Monday, March 5 at 8 p.m. ET and brought back all of the women Flajnik rejected and a surprise twist, the return of this season's villain, finalist Courtney Robertson. Meet the 25 contestants here.
"It's one thing to talk about things that might be a little uncomfortable to talk about, it's another to have surprise guest Courtney and then obviously, seeing Ben," Nicki Sterling said. "There are a lot of things that make your nerves go a little crazy."
The tension was especially palpable to Flajnik, who said of the "Tell All" special, "When I got out there, the women seemed a bit riled up, something had stirred the pot a little bit... The girls were all yelling at each other - I thought they were all friends - I hope for them to be friends, but I realize with a situation like this, it's not always the case."
"The Bachelor" season 16 finale is set to air on March 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET and will feature Flajnik proposing once again, this time to either Courtney Robertson or Lindzi Cox in picturesque Switzerland.
Flajnik couldn't offer any spoilers for the finale, but told OnTheRedCarpet.com that he had no regrets about his final decision.
"In living it, in the moment, it is a good feeling," Flajnik said of the finale. "I have no regrets in doing what I did in that moment, so it's part of my life I'll always remember. That's for sure."
Robertson, a 28-year-old model, infamously invited Flajnik skinny-dipping on one of the first episodes of the season. She also butted heads with most of the other contestant. She also nicknamed her final competitors Lindzi Cox and Nicki Sterling "Horsey" and "Fatty."
Cox, a 27-year-old business development manager from Seattle, Washington got closer in the last episode after rappelling down a 300-foot ravine and getting close in a hot tub.
Meanwhile, Robertson and Flajnik took a train ride and had a picnic in a lush meadow. Courtney took the opportunity to apologize for her sometimes wicked behavior with the women in the house.
Flajnik was confirmed as the bachelor for season 16 in September. The 28-year-old winemaker from Sonoma, California had fallen for recent "Bachelorette" star Ashley Hebert and made it down to the final two. He proposed but she picked J.P Rosenbaum over him. They are now engaged. (Check out a recap and photos from the finale.)
