Eva Longoria recently said that she was "very lucky" to find her boyfriend Eduardo Cruz, but many are reporting that the couple have parted ways.
A source confirmed to People magazine that the pair called it quits after dating for a year. The "Desperate Housewives" actress has been romantically linked to Cruz, a 26-year-old singer and the younger brother of actress Penelope Cruz, since early 2011. The two were photographed holding hands and kissing and spent Thanksgiving week in Miami Beach and Los Angeles.
Longoria's rep had no immediate comment on the reports.
Longoria divorced NBA player Tony Parker in January 2001 after more than three years of marriage. She was also married to Tyler Christopher, who plays Nikolas Cassadine on the soap opera "General Hospital," between 2002 and 2004. Despite her two divorces, the actress remained hopeful about her love life.
"Love did not work with that person. But it can work with another," the 36-year-old actress told Vanity Fair's Spanish edition for their December cover story. "The only thing I will say is I was very lucky to find Edu."
Longoria was one of the celebrities and public figures recently named as a national co-chair of President Barack Obama's reelection campaign.
