New parents Jay-Z and Beyonce took a break from diaper duty Sunday and enjoyed a night out together at a concert by R&B singer The-Dream in New York City.
The-Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, co-wrote Beyonce's hit song, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It). He's also known for working on songs, such as Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Justin Bieber's "Baby." He is set to release his fourth album, "Love IV MMXII," later this year.
The-Dream sang some of his own hits and thanked the crowd for coming out, saying: "I know some of ya'll got kids at home," according to the Associated Press.
Beyonce and Jay-Z, who married in 2008, welcomed their daughter on January 7 in a New York hospital.
Shortly after the birth, Jay-Z released a song about the baby, called "Glory."
