Katy Perry took her blue hair to new heights at the 2012 ECHO Awards in Germany.
The 27-year-old singer paired her victory roll updo with a Paco Rabanne Spring 2012 mini-dress with shiny, mirror-like panels and nude, bedazzled Christian Louboutin "Sex" leather pumps as she walked the purple carpet before the ceremony, which was held on Thursday, March 22, in the city of Berlin.
Perry later performed her new single "Part of Me" at the event and sported a high ponytail and a sheer, belted bodysuit. The singer is known for her wild outfits and hairstyles and has said that she dyed her hair blue as a tribute to Kate Winslet's character in the movie "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind."
