Community activists in South Los Angeles held a march Sunday in support of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager killed in Florida by a neighborhood watch captain.

Activists gathered in South L.A. and walked to Leimert Park, demanding justice for Martin's death. They want 28-year-old George Zimmerman to be prosecuted.

The killing has sparked protests nationwide from civil rights leaders.

Trinity Church of Los Angeles asked parishioners to wear hoodies in honor of martin. The teen was wearing a hooded sweatshirt the night he was shot and killed. Church members at Bethel United Church of Christ in Ontario wore hoodies at their morning service. Parishioners said they wanted to show solidarity for Martin's family.

Monday is the one-month anniversary of Martin's death.
