Michelle Williams and Jason Segel are reportedly an item.
People magazine reports that the two have been dating for "a few months" citing a friend of the actress. The two actors have been seen in Brooklyn and Los Angeles together.
Williams, 31, and Segel, 32, were also seen together at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on March 27. The magazine also reports that on March 5, Segel Tweeted to his followers, "If I fell in love would you guys be happy?" However, the Tweet has since been removed from his feed.
Segel has been previously linked to his "Freaks and Geeks" co-star Linda Cardellini. Williams was dated Heath Ledger from 2004 to 2007 and had a daughter together named Matilda. Ledger died at age 28 in 2008. She was then linked to director Spike Jonze.
Segel is best known for his role as Marshall Eriksen on the comedy "How I Met Your Mother" and for films like "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "I Love You, Man" and "The Muppets." He recently appeared in "Jeff, Who Lives at Home" and stars in the upcoming film "The Five-Year Engagement" opposite Emily Blunt.
Williams was recently nominated for an Oscar for her role as Marilyn Monroe in the film "My Week With Marilyn." She won a Golden Globe for her work in the film. She has also starred in films like "Blue Valentine," which also earned her an Academy Award nomination, "Brokeback Mountain" and "Shutter Island." She will next star opposite James Franco in "Oz: The Great and Powerful."
