Leopold Caudillo, Jr., 41, is one of six people accused of stealing from the stadium. All six were indicted last week.
Caudillo is charged with conflict of interest after he allegedly directed stadium business to a firm he founded. He faces up to three years in prison.
Caudillo and the other four defendants are due back in court Monday.
