The incident happened on Wednesday at about 1:50 p.m. in the Artesia-Casimir area. Police say the suspect drove up next to the girl and exposed himself.
The suspect is described as a thin white man, about 50 years old, with dark-graying hair and a receding hairline. He was wearing a black band on his left wrist and driving a silver, newer-model four-door sedan.
