Victoria's Secret's Miranda Kerr appear to bounce back into supermodel shape just months after giving birth to Flynn, her son with actor-husband Orlando Bloom, in January 2011.
Kerr, 28, has now found an innovative way to keep the pounds off - she includes her child in her workouts.
"Sometimes I actually hold my son and do squats because he's like a weight and he'll be like, 'Ahh,' 'Ahh,'" she said, mimicking his cooing.
Kerr made her comments to OnTheRedCarpet.com co-host Rachel Smith at a recent promotional event for the 2012 Victoria's Secret Swim collection, held near a pool at the Thompson Beverly Hills hotel. She and fellow supermodel Candice Swanepoel stood on tip-toe and modeled bright neon Beach Sexy swimwear under crochet cover-ups as photographers snapped photos.
Kerr told OnTheRedCarpet.com that she also practices yoga to keep in shape and has done so for more than 20 years.
"Even throughout my pregnancy I practiced yoga," she said. "Since the baby, I've started to really up my Pilates routine, so that you get that really good, core strength, and I do a lot more squats and resistance training now, that's for sure."
"I always have to be swimsuit-ready," she added.
During her interview, Kerr, who is from Australia, also shot down a report that said she was set to join "Australia's Next Top Model."
"That was something that was in the pipeline but it just didn't work out with my schedule," she said. "Because I'm here, there and everywhere."
