Police are searching for a team of robbers who attacked a business owner and tied him up in Ontario on Monday.

The victim told police that as many as five men came into the auto restoration business in the 400 block of South Sultana Avenue at about 5 p.m., hit him over the head and then tied him up.

He was able to get out of the building and run to a nearby building to get help.

Police and the SWAT team surrounded the victim's business, treating it as a barricade situation, assuming the suspects were still inside.
