Lacey Buchanan shared a special moment with a crowd full of people. Country singer Jake Evans proposed to Buchanan, a model/actress, on April 7 in front of the crowd at the Citrus Bowl at Vero Beach High, according to People magazine.
The singer was on stage performing his hit song "Don't Think I Can't Love You," when he brought Buchanan on stage for a dance. However the singer then got down on a knee and proposed in front of the crowd.
Concertgoers told the magazine that the proposal seemed spontaneous and Owen was not prepared with a ring.
Referencing a lyric in the song, Owen said, "I just said I can't buy you a big diamond ring or a big old house on the hill, but I promise you I'll love you forever and ever and ever."
Buchanan has appeared in two of Owen videos, "Barefoot Blue Jean Night" and "Eight Second Ride." Owen later Tweeted on April 8, "I'm a happy man. Life is complete."
