Krysten Ritter and Dreama Walker star in the buzzed about comedy series "Don't Trust The B---- in Apartment 23" and the two actresses say not only are audiences in for a lot of laughs, they might be shocked at what their characters do each episode.
"We're going to shock you," Walker told OnTheRedCarpet.com correspondent George Pennaccio about the series, which premieres on April 11.
Ritter added, "Yeah. It's a fun time. It's an explosion of color and fun." She added that the episodes are "epic."
The series revolves around June, played by Walker, who moves to New York City for a dream job but her company goes under and she is forced to move in with con-artist and party girl Chloe (played by Ritter).
"I'm so horrible," Ritter says of her character, "It's so fun though. And I always have good intentions."
Ritter, 30, has had roles on series like "Breaking Bad," "Gilmore Girls," and "Veronica Mars." She had also appeared in movies like "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "27 Dresses."
Walker, 25, has had recurring roles on "The Good Wife" and "Gossip Girl."
The series also stars former "Dawson's Creek" actor James Van Der Beek, who plays a version of himself on the series.
Ritter said, "We have so much fun together. We giggle a lot. We break during takes a lot."
"I was laughing every day. Just something really to be said to be going to work and you're going to laugh all day," Ritter added about working on the series. "Sometimes my cheeks hurt from laughing. It's awesome!"
Walker said, "The show is very up on pop culture and addresses a lot of issues about being young and living in New York, which is something both Krysten and I have experienced."
