Famed Chicago music festival Lollapalooza has announced its official 2012 line-up.

The festival, which takes place from August 3-5, will include headlining acts Black Sabbath, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Florence + the Machine and Jack White. For the first time at Lollapalooza, the event will also feature two electronic acts, Avicii and Justice, headlining on the main stage.

The event is expected to be Black Sabbath's only U.S. gig for 2012. The heavy metal group, headed by singer Ozzy Osbourne, announced on Nov. 11, 2011 plans to produce its first album in 33 years and embark on a world tour. In January, it was announced that guitarist Tony Iommi was diagnosed with lymphoma,.

He said on his website on March 27 that he had finished chemotherapy, adding: "I've now got three weeks of radiotherapy coming up which I'm told can be very tiring so we'll see."

"Tony Iommi, I understand, is beating his cancer, so much so that their manager, Sharon Osbourne, responded back and said they would take our offer to perform," Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell told Rolling Stone. "I believe it's the only American performance for the original members of Black Sabbath.

Drummer Bill Ward is not expected to perform at the festival. He said in February that he would not work with Black Sabbath due to a contract dispute, adding that Osbourne, Iommi and Butler remained his "lifetime friends."

Since 2005, Lollapalooza takes place every year at Grant Park in Chicago. Tickets for the festival run for about $230 for a 3-day pass. Check out the full list of performers below and on the official website.
